Ras Flako Tafari in this autobiographic testimony speaks about his own life from childhood to the present days and his involvement in many Rastafari projects. A journey through the past when in the urban area of Montego Bay he was exposed to Rastafari since the early 60s. School, college and “life university”, growing up as a Rasta youth witnessing and taking part to the cultural and spiritual revolution that was taking place in Jamaica at that time. The Sound System experience, the cultural Deejays, the Black Liberation struggle, Rastafari Grounation and then the ancient Order of Nyah Binghi.
