The opening ceremony took place on Sunday 12th October from 5.00pm at the Multi-Purpose Cultural Center in St. Johns.

“We the members of the Ethiopian World Federation, Incorporated, Negusa Negast Local 3 thank you, Ras Seymour Mclean – Gebre Menfes Kiddus for your devotion to Ras Tafari works, the organisation, and the liberation of the Ethiopian manuscripts and books looted from Magdala, in April 1868.”

It is the hoped that this project will be one of many for the Order as it makes it’s contribution to sustainable development in the island state and the Caribbean region.
