The Rastafari Community in Chile is engaged in a proactive manner with the Pan African people and organizations in the region. They have established collaborative relationship to keep alive the African identity, culture and tradition, and its contribution to the development of not just Chile but of South America historically.
The Rastafari Global Secretariat will aim to fill this gap in representation of the international community in the modern world.

The presence of the Rastafari massive and the Black community, the colourful stalls and marquees, the
speakers and artistes, the sound system and Caribbean catering – all came together in a sumptuous feast
of activity that transformed Kennington Park into an African village on Emancipation Day.
The next Elder InI will be strengthening is Shashamene Elder Working Issachar (Wilfred Powell).
