“It is within our best interest to establish the Rastafari Global Secretariat which was among the mandate of the ancients at the RITA (Rastafari International Theocracy Assembly) 1983 Conference held in Jamaica. The Rastafari Global Secretariat will be task oriented dealing with secular matters and not those religious nature. However, the secretariat will offer administrative guidance to the Priest when necessary”
