As promised, here we are with more updates from Ethiopia about the Nyah Binghi Tabernacle. The March previously called for January 18th has been officially cancelled. The negotiations are in the process and the international Rastafari family is firmly confident in positive resolutions. Please read here the communicate we just received with latest news:
“International Rastafari Protest March to the Ethiopian Embassy on the 18th January 2018 Cease Fire. Rastafari United Front and the Rastafari Continental Council is calling off the International Rastafari Protest March to the Ethiopian Embassy on the 18th January 2018.
There is a negotiations process between the Leadership of Rastafari and the Shashemane Mayor which is now at an advanced stage which the International Rastafari Protest March at this stage, will not serve the best interests of the Rastafari in Ethiopia,Afrika and the World of Rastafari. As the RUF we are an International Rastafari Revolutionary Organization which fights for the Cultural, Civil and Faith Rights of the Rastafari wherever they are in the World and a Rastafari Lobby,Pressure and Interest Group which made a Special Commitment to the Rastafari Family and Nation at the All-Africa Rastafari Gathering 2017 in Shashemane that we will always be there for them and be their International Frontline Soldiers, its only natural to us to respond with an International Call of Action and a Protest March to the Ethiopian Embassy. We are currently following closely the negotiations between the Rastafari Leadership and the Shashemane Central Authority and Oromia Government.
So there will be no more International Rastafari Protest March to the Ethiopian Embassies on the 18th January 2018 until a further notice of a Call to Action when the need arise. As Rastafari Revolutionary Frontline Army ,we are making a Tactical Withdrawal not a Tectical Error. We all carry the Fame and Shame of Rastafari Nation. “The stakes are identical, either collective survival or collectively.”-Hayle Sellasse I.
United we take Rastafari to the Front.”
