This exhibit has been a catalyst for a hotta fiyah to spread - a fiyah of resistance, inity, love and itection for this iloved faith, there is a fiyah presently sweeping through which will melt out all hardened hearts, burn out all weak heart conception and create warmth and energy for our Ancients and others in the cold who, though waiting to see how this unfolds, as their personal stories are told, need the warmth and the iternal fiyah of truth. Greetings in the name of the Most High Jah Rastafari,

Iloved I am sending this information to the I's as I feel this matter concerns all of I an I and that we all have a vested interest in this matter. The matter is the proposed Smithsonian exhibit on the Rastafari Movement.

Unfortunately, I have no personal knowledge, nor have I seen the original proposal which was passed to various ones a couple of years ago, so I cannot tell you exactly what is planned. I can tell you that a presentation was made to Empress of Zion in June 2003 at which time we did not feel sufficient information nor attention to protocol had been made to reach out to I an I various mansions and were very much against such an exhibit. I saw Jakes again in JA at the Global Reasoning where he was meeting with some of the ones selected to work with him on the project. My irit told me to interrupt and present a case on behalf of I an I, particularly as there was talk of building a replica of the tabernacle in the Smithsonian. The exchange was hot but I felt sure these sounds needed to be uttered and that Jakes needed to hear some truths as I an I are not or should not be swayed by the prospect of validation from Babylonian institutions. Empress of Zion even wrote a letter which was to go to the Smithsonian and the press protesting the exhibit. The letter was endorsed by the Nyahbinghi House but tabled at the Global Reasoning. We never ceased the fiyah, then.... Long story short---Jakes Homiak and Carol Yawney have since re-considered how they were approaching the project and have invited several ones to visit DC where discussion on the proposed exhibit will take place. Lesson-I an I have power through the Most High Jah Rastafari to stand up to any giant.

Where are we now: I think Jakes Homiak and Carol Yawney have made a move in the right direction and now its up to I an I at the table continue to be forthright and protect the interest of Rastafari first and foremost.

However, the community needs to know what is going on and as usual I like to put things upfront - full transparency- for all to see. It is based on this fact that I am sending the information below and asking you all to consider the matter and ask questions or put forth concerns or comments so we who are sitting at the table will be able to best represent the voice of the people and not individual and personal agendas or interest. Over 80,000,000 people visit the Smithsonian every year. How will they see I an I?

Please review the list and contact ones in your area or where ever or who ever you think is best and express your concerns and comments. Writing is always good, and with e-mail a bit easier. Let Jah and history record the proactive measure I an I took to protect and preserve this great faith known to mankind as the Rastafari Movement. Let us proceed in faith, love, inity and in the irit of equal rights an justice that we, together, might prove successful in all I an I say and do.

1) An exhibit to be held at the Smithsonian Institute: Sister Farika or Sister Ijahnya can give more info as to basic plans and intentions.

2) Building a model of the tabernacle for exhibition

A) I an I propose the establishment of a Rastafari Archival Institute which is done for and by I an I. We would use the archives acquired from the Smithsonian to create this institute/museum.

B) I propose a scale model (on a large table) which depicts the Nyahbinghi Compound including housing, storage room, gardens, gate etc. The Nyahbinghi House has stated that they are against the building of the tabernacle.

C) Also I propose that I an I explore other ways that the community can benefit.

eg. Any film or book or other initiatives coming from the project - proceeds flow to the community to further establish institutions or initiatives to benefit the community and particularly the Ancients who have sacrificed so much for I an I.

"always a million man march begins with a single step" hence this is the beginning.
HIS Majesty was such a Heartical Father. He was filled with true true affection and the will to see Unity and Oneness achieved word wide. his zeal to see the balanced dissemination of information to all the people was one norm he never distanced himself from, coupled with the eagerness to assist and empower he proved to be a true diva and source of inspiration to many. Every labourer deserves a wage so they say, and it is time we hail His Name and works by establishing a Center truly dedicated to HIM the Haile Selassie 1 Center. It is a first of its kind in Southern Afrika and the Location is Zimbabwe, Harare the capital city.
The collective participation of us all will go a long way in seeing the establishment of such a center in Afrika where the majority populace are marginalised by the unforgiving forces of
neo-colonialism and oppression. Lets all participate and keep on building Empires in Rasmemberance and Raspect of our beloved Majesty.

PLAN OF ACTION:
Below is a brief summary of what's in Iine with the Project.

1. Music Room
As is well known the word over Afrikan breddas have never been accorded nuff time and Exposure to listen to Jah vibes merely because they are expensive and out of their reach. A room will be specifically set up to accommodate nuff Jah people to listen and at the same time borrow some at a reasonable fee.
2. Video Room
Jah people need not associate themselves with brainwashing and uninspiring videos. The need to make fellow Jah people watch videos on interviews, Music, Teachings and self reliance technical skills, different cultures and traditions is pivotal to the development of Human brains and spirit.
3. Library
There is true Jah Literature which is not found in Afrika and many breddas really need to access the precise and positive information about their Religions, culture and history. So this will go a long way in equipping them with the fundamental tool of life i.e. Wisdom.
4. Internet cafe/Computer room
This cafe will be used to enable fellow breddas to scout for new Ras friends, get business, exchange ideas and cultures. The rates should be low to enable everyone to have access to the information high way.
***All the services shall be offered at reasonable and affordable prices as the proceeds are meant for the welfare of the Center and its future Expansion. Also at heart are the orphans with the community who dearly need help e.g. school fees food, clothing, shelter etc..
** Fellow brothers and sisters are suffering here in Afrika, NO food, clothing, proper shelter and education. For they move bare footed and on empty stomachs, all of these being through the machinations of Imperialists who do not want to see Afrika at PEACE..

Jah Volunteers from different parts of the word are welcome to help solicit for donations in cash or kind. This is a Rasta community based project aimed at teaching, assisting the needy and spreading the MIGHTY name and news of Jah.

I man arrived in Curacao, Friday the 2nd of January at 10.20 pm
I man received a warm welcome and pleasant accommodation.

The 1st day seat in reasonment with the Brother Asurara chair person of the Lion of Judah Assembly.

The 2nd day reasonment continue through out the Sabbath day. Ironing out all differences and agreeing upon the grounds INI share in common.

The 3rd day , Sunday afternoon all ones gathered at a small forest park where a number of about ten brethren and one sisthren and some children, all members of the organization "Lion of Judah Assembly", who is now officially a new member of CRO. The brother Asurara presented I man to the gathering explaining the reason and purpose of I man presence in Curacao.

Then the fire word was in INI hands to deliver. INI fulltake a proper layout of INI works in St-Martin with the Solidarity Foundation and of INI alliance with the CRO as Co-Chairman to the Joint Secretariat along with the WNCAR based in Antigua occupying the Chair seat by Ras FrankI. I man also stated been a member of the EWF Yemikelakel from Martinique Local #7, also been recognized consultant of the Ancients Council of Jamaica.

I man explained the aims, goals and objectives of the CRO followed up by a report on the Global Reasoning, also a report on the CRO 9th Conference in Tortola, finalizing with a report on the EWF Gathering in Martinique and INI last exchanges with Junior Negus from the Ancient Council.

First hard question: Is the CRO affiliated with Jamaica ?
I man answered that INI are in constant contact with Bobo Arthur, Chair person of the Global Reasoning, on regular basis. I man also stated that INI are in communication with the international coordinator of the Ancient Council of Jamaica, Junior Negus ; and that Ras Miguel Lorne is an executive member of the CRO.

2nd question : What is the situation of the host committee after a conference is over ? What is CRO contribution in regard to the bills left behind?

3rd question : What is CRO doing for the problem of National Unity ?
INI explained the full advantage INI have in uniting on ground that INI share in common, but also laying out and highlighting some of the difficulties that slows down the process of ones coming together.
INI stated that unity on a national level is possible only when a proper plan of action is taken in that direction, there must be some ground work already put in place so that the mission can be achieved by proper timing; time is key. We are so different, yet one ! Uniformity is not variety, but variety can bring unity.

4th question: Does the CRO help set up small businesses by financially supporting them?

Many more questions followed about the 7 sacraments and one of the Brother from Jamaica asked that his baby be sanctified. There was also a brother and his queen that asked to be a member of the EWF, INI directed them towards Martinique.

Then INI set a date for the Sanctification of the Baby on the 16th of January.
INI proceed by calling High Priest and Ras Trini that they should join INI in Curacao and in Aruba to go through the Sanctification of baby Menyelik.

However the Brethrens of Curacao of the Lion of Judah Assembly confirm that they have no interest in "Title" or "Order" meaning they are not or neither: Binghi - Twelve Tribes - Orthodox - EWF - Bobo Shanty - they prefer to say RasTafari. The Session went well and Ila full. One Family showed great interest in going to St. Thomas Gathering.

On the 9th of January, I man went on for a gathering in Aruba with the Brother Ras Ricardo and his family to reason on the possibilities of them been baptized. I man settle in, reason out the matter full time with the Idren and family; who all together form a reggae group (Ila Band) that has just released a CD. A very powerful brother, well knowledgeable, can be a great strength to CRO and INI Rastafari Nation universally ; he stated to INI that he will be a member of CRO with his entire family : he is then seeking for a family registration form.

On Tuesday the 13th, High Priest and Ras Trini joined I man in Aruba.

On the following day, Wednesday 14th, was the date set for the baptism at 3.00 pm. 10 ones were baptized (8 brethrens including children and 2 sisthrens). The ceremony was a blessed one, well sacred and touching. INI proceeded to the family home where INI celebrated the occasion and gave Thanks to the Most High.

On the following day, Thursday 15th, INI along with High Priest and Trini had to prepare to trod back to Curacao where INI was to sit in a RasTafari gathering, at the Cultural Center from 7.00 to 10.00 pm, for a Panel Presentation. I man Jah-Bash was to speak about the Aims & Objectives of the CRO and also to answer on open questions. High Priest spoke about Solidarity Churchical Foundation and the Order of the Congregation.

The Reasonment began with the Brother Asurara opening the ceremony and also presenting I Bash, High Priest Ras Fayaco and Ras Trini to the whole Gathering.

Some Questions : What is INI doing for Education ?
What is INI doing for the sick?
What is INI doing for the family unit?
And what is INI doing for our passed loved ones?

There were many more questions. The Brethrens quest for more knowledge, more teachings and more Brethrens & Sisthrens to trod and visit them. Those Isles (Curacao, Aruba, Bonaire) that INI seek to inite with are also in the Caribbean!

The whole session went well, there are many brethrens in Curacao who have demanded the unction of Baptism. However it is scheduled for a later date. INI visit to Curacao has brought about a more clear vision pertaining to the RasTafari calling in this ya iwa.

On the next day at 10.00 am, Friday the 16th, High Priest, I Bash and Ras Trini perform the sanctification of Baby Menyelik at his parents home, Brother Ras Robert & Sister Charmain. This ceremony also was blessed and sanctified by the Most High - JAH RASTAFARI HAILE SELASSIE I.

Then INI take High Priest to the airport at 3.00 pm to go back to Aruba to reside with his family as Aruba is his birthplace. I man Bash and Ras Trini were brought to the airport at 6.00 pm to leave for St. Martin.

I man give Thanks to the Most High, asking Him to bless richly the Brother Asurara & his Empress Cheryl of Curacao, likewise the Brother Ricardo, his Empress Taina, the whole Croes Familly & Ila Band of Aruba, for their pleasant hospitality and all the good care and good will and spirit to commune and doing good to loved ones. Likewise giving thanks for taking care of the plane tickets fees to go to the Isle of Curacao and of Aruba. Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Most High.

Saturday night saw us at a meeting with the Melchizedek Order of the Bobo Shanti Rastafari Idrens of Springfield, Ma., which went very well, their interest was keen and attentive and had much questions and answers as well, they also expressed interest in  positive communication with the WMRCC and willing to put members inside of the delegation to forward to Chicago, a meeting  plan was put forward as concerning date and time of meeting to be held in the coming weeks, also to be overstood that this meeting will be also attended by the House of Rastafari and the Western Massachusetts Rastafari Cultural Committee as it will  be in the best interest of the Rastafari Family based in the State of Massachusetts for I n I to have the same common goals and aspirations and to work together for the benefit  and positive Inity of the Rastafari Family in the State of Massachusetts, the meeting ended on a very positive note with Ras Nathaniel of I.R.I.E based in Chicago, IL. and Ras Jaberi of the OAARU of the House of the Nyabinghi based in Atlanta, GA. and two members of the WMRCC.

Mission to Brockton, Ma.:
Jan 21st 2004 

On Sunday 18^th of January Ras Trinity and Ras Ravin-I  visited with House of Rastafari in Brockton ,Ma, we were met by Ras Jahred and Ras Edon, the meeting was brief  but positive, also we were taken to the Headquartes of the House of Rastafari at 121 Main St. in Brockton for visit and tour, we were quite impressed by the level of development at the House, it became known that the House of Rastafari is a 501 © 3 non-profit organization, they have developed a recording studio for the youths and an after school program that is available free of charge to adults and children, also they have family oriented workshops and seminars on health and fitness, they teach basic computer skills, history, music and voice training, all of which are available free of charge.

As mentioned our meeting went well if only brief, we left with the agreement from the House of Rastafari for future meetings and collaboration of projects in the development of Rastafari as a nation preparing for repatriation to Africa and Ethiopia,  also they expressed a serious interest in forwarding to Chicago with a united delegation from Massachusetts to the Jubilee Commemoration of H.I.M visit to the United States in 1954,

They have also expressed open communication with the Western Massachusetts Rastafari Cultural Committee  on the gathering of information concerning H.I.M visit to Boston on June 2^nd of 1954, information which will be then forwarded to Jubilee Planning Committee in Chicago, we ended with  an agreement to meet again in a couple of weeks at a date that is convenient to everyone.

Glory and honor to Haile Sellassie I

How good and pleasant it is for brethren and sistren to dwell together in inity!! InI is full of joy and exuberation to see how many ones hearts Haile Sellassie is touching to unite and establish his King I on earth. InI fully agree with the I's in Massachusetts that the first thing to do done is to start the unification process, for without that all else will come to naught. Unity itself, which is the realization of love is the ark (collective security) and Jubilee gives us the door forgiveness. As InI awaken to the hour of His HAND it is imperative that InI move forward, forgiving one another that InI may be forgiven, for this is the only way to enter into the narrow path of life. To hold and harbor grudges and animosity will really only hinder the holder, for hold is to create flesh to attach to, and no flesh enter into HIM. This opportunity, may be the last to embrace love of InI brethren and sistren, which is InI way of expressing love for InI abba 1 john 1. Once the forgiveness is achieved, international morality is the only way of maintaining and strengthening InI oneness. Integrity being the key. InI don't know why InI went off on a tangent, InI is just bubbling with joy to see how Ras Jabari and Ras Nathaniel have been called to works and to see their reception. As InI number InI immunity, InI feel it also serves as a duel role of creating active potential for effective administration and economic Independence as InI network and communication is bolstered. InI can move as a cohesive, organized force, utilizing exponential growth as InI link ones with similar visions and callings within the body. Mechanics, seamstresses, farmers, producers, etc. InI now have the potential to meet all of InI needs within the body and simultaneously produce goods and services for the Universal Brotherhood, which will fulfill the prophecy of Isaiah 60 about Haile Sellassie extending himself within his children and the nations coming to the light of His Rising. With this in mind, InI propose as InI move forward to the national conference, that InI local communities establish/reestablish at least a provincial gov't and see if certain regions as a collective feel the vibe to focus on a particular task or industry. If InI at least have working government, InI can leave the conference and "hit the ground running". At the same time, as InI converge in Chicago InI can reason on any difficulties or obstacles experienced in uniting InI locals and establishing firm communication. InI can then utilize InI experience as a way to gain efficiency as more locals are formed and problem solve what may be common problems with common solutions. InI is new, as far as dealing the international community is concerned and it may be that these things are already being done. If so, InI apologize for the redundancy. The only way to gather real physical strength (power/self determination) is by organizing the 1000's of InI in the united states and with who can number abroad next year as each region of the globe has the similar focus. When really looked at, all it is is choice, for the way has been made, and the foundation Chief Cornerstone has been laid. As Haile Sellassie Say "InI would be faithless to the will of the Almighty to leave the possibility of unity as a mere dream" (InI is paraphrasing don't have InI book with InI) When Africa's righteous children come together the world will unite. (Him Paraphrase) What Haile Sellassie has clearly shown I by grace and mercy is that what is needed now is a physical tangible body for lovers of integrity and high morality to attach to. InI coming together will simultaneously allow the vision and message of Haile Sellassie I, Universal Brotherhood, True Equality amongst men, non-alignment, collective security to be actualized, with Him (international morality) as the seem.
