Greetings in the name of His Imperial Majesty Emperor Haile Selassie 12 and Empress Menen,

This is a notification to ones and ones that Ras Seymour McLean is still being detained by Homeland Security on trumped up charges. He had a hearing first day and Ras George who represented with advice from Empress Marina Blake, an immigration lawyer, had claims that he asked to seek asylum in the USA recanted and requested expedition for his speedy return to England. They have been moving the brother around to different locations in out of the way places.

I and I are most grateful for the diligence of Sister Sabrina who used her training and connection with MOVE organization to penetrate their wall of lies and deception to find out that the brother was still being detained and put the heat on trailing his whereabouts.

I and I must be vigilant about this matter which harks to collective security as I stated both at the Smithsonian meeting and our community meeting in Washington DC. We live in perilous times and we must act as if this is so.

The decision to go to the Smithsonian and tell them what it is I and I find right for an exhibition on I and I culture instead of having ones dictate to I and I about same was taken with much thought and guidiance from the father. Stepping into the Smithsonian is the PRO as Rasta as terrorist plus secret goings on re the English/London/ulles airport corridor with airplanes being turned back from this route, contributed greatly to the present impasse re Ras Seymour.

The fact that Ras Seymour was on a charge in Jamaica for exporting herbs was a red flag. Immigration had him labeled as a drug trafficker. With Crazy Bush running on the rampart - it was a situation in the making for those who were alert to see.

The accusations are flying to and fro re the Smithsonian input or lack of same re the present situation. Seymour was not pleased that Jakes did not attend the hearing and I was pleased that Ras George and Sister Sabrina took the time to go and support and represent the brother in his hour of tribulation. Let it now be know to the general Rastafari public what is taking place with the brethren as this case if hidden could drag on and on. and overshadow the victories hammered out at the Smithsonian by the consultees/delegates on Feb. 4 and Feb 5

I now request that not only do they keep in touch with John Public but the situation here and reason among themselves to come to conclusions as to how to proceed.

There is much I have to say but time does not allow it at this moment.

yes my Beloved, I an I of the Iyanola Council for the Advancement of Rastafari Inc. do agree with de I dem that Jakes should change the focus of his project from the creation to the creator. Highlight I Majesty in his jubilee aniversary visit to the US instead of highlighting the works of Rastafari over the years. Even the idea of building a replica tabernacle at the Smithsonian does not go down well with most of the elders in Ja, so this could be controversial.

I an I do agree that Jakes should assist de I dem in setting up the JCE which could have more far reaching effects on the nation of America at this time. Presently Jakes proposed project is creating waves amongst the Rastafari community already, and if it is to continue more problems are forcasted to rise up.

I an I of ICAR Inc- a member of the CRO is putting all our support behind the JCE and so I an I wish de I dem his Majesty's speed in this initiative.

SMITHSONIAN REASONING......

Greetings and Blessed love.
I n I greet you in the Name of H.I.M & H.I .H Emperor Haile Selassie 1st and Empress Mennen.

It is good to see one and one respond to the question now on the table,,although I n I was somehow expecting a little more than what is on the Rastaites I-zine right now, perhaps they are not all done with their reports and will post them at a later date.

I have to agree with Ras Sela of the Panama Mansion, Global Inity is a must, before or immediately following this exhibit, we must endeavor to fulfill this most urgent works as the Nation grows, as I n I would overstand that there is differences of opinions inside every house and organization, however we choose to address our own houses personal differences is a matter for the particular house involved. The important thing is to recognize the common thread that binds I n I n I and seek to develop upon this.

We need to have a Governing body that oversees the affairs of the Rastafari nation, with all the protocols of government, one that includes from the lowest level to the highest, how this is done is another conversation, the discussion has already been opened , no doubt, so we must see past our Global differences and take in stride the workings of this task, it is a highly sensitive one, not to mention hard.

So as we proceed toward this exhibition keep in mind what our priorities and be "careful of the leaven of the scribes and the Pharisees"

So can we please have a little more input on this exhibition?  Many one and one have access to this medium, so...? I get all about a million emails in my box everyday from all kinds of people posting long and fancy reasoning's from the Rastaites group message board......helloooo ? where are you all on this most important venture? Give thanks and ises to InI Alpha and Omega guidance in the consultation process with the Smithsonian staff to bring the fire forward with truths and rights.

As member of the Rasatfari family consultation team I must bring the Inity of InI nation forth. It is important that one and ones take heed to what is coming forward with the news from the Smithsonian ref. Rastafari Exhibit. The emphasis of this exhibit is the Divinity and Teaching of H.I.M Emperor Haile Selassie I and Empress Menen. Therefore, it is InI mission now to bring truths and rights to the Inity of I nation to be rule by guidance and protection of the Emperor and the Empress. Emperor Haile Selassie I and Empress Menen government must be establish by one and ones the globe over before or after this exhibit comes a reality. InI focus now must be to Centralize and organize for InI aim is Repatriation and the full development of the Homeland with is capital in Shashamane.

All houses and mansions must now reason to the effect of the exhibit and where InI nation stand in Inity. If InI stay divide the exhibit will be a false testimony of InI trod on Earth. Now Rastamen and Rastawomen what is the next step to take at the next Global Rastafari Reasoning? The victory can not be win if InI ranks are not one on the battle field in Babylon. Give thanks to the Most High Jah Rastafari for all the prayers and positive energy that went up to protect, guide and strengthen I an I on the trod to the Smithsonian in DC.  I have just returned and Iloved, all I can say is that Jah is truly a great, mighty and t'underable One. There is great love amongst I an I and a serious commitment to do what is principled and right. We all know the saying "Man plan and Jah wipe out" indeed I an I pleas and demand for truth, rights and full representation with itegrity prevailed.

The delegation, which included representatives from the Nyabinghi House, Boboshanti and the Twelve ribes of Israel and various Rasses, have agreeed to prepare a full report/letter to be sent to all  in the next few days. Please print and share with as many as possible, let us not forget those who have no e-mail access. I would ask Empress Manen Foundation to print and distribute copies to the Ancients, as they appear to have access and this should be considered carefully by the Ancients.

Again, give thanks for your comments, critique, concerns and strength. I an I should never cease the fire nor fear the fire as fire provides light which enables I an I to see.  I an I are humbled and honored to serve Rastafari.

SMITHSONIAN  EXHIBIT REASONING

To each and everyone in the 
Name of H.I.M Haile Selassie 1^st

So…the Smithsonian institute would like to do an exhibition on Rastafari ?

Why and what is the reason behind their reasoning? I n I suppose I n I should talk about it, one may say that this is another way for the system to monitor and keep track of what we are doing, perhaps so… one may never really know just what is the intention…so suffer it to be the ambition of someone who has perhaps have seen the light of Rastafari, and I will give that person the benefit of the doubt, let us be wise about it and speak on the matter before we endorse such an exhibition, we perhaps should ask ourselves if this exhibition will make Rastafari a stronger and more unified nation or is it for the benefit of the 80.000 or so people who pass through the institute every year? Is a part of the money that’s going to be generated by this exhibition going to help the Rastafari elders in Jamaica and around the world? How is this exhibition going to uplift Rastafari as a nation? What are the other questions that need to be asked?

I could sit here and say as much as I want, this exhibition may very well be something good and positive and have some impact on the governments of the world and those responsible for the trading of people from east to west for the sole purpose of gain, to see the eror of their ways or perhaps not, perhaps this exhibition will reveal their guilt that they seek to hide for so many years, or perhaps this exhibition will go down in history as another anthropological artifact, what exactly does the Smithsonian institute hopes to exhibit or gain from this exhibit? And  why a tabernacle as an exhibit? Are they setting up a kitchen to cook ital for visitors to sample? Are they going to let the Rases burn a cup everyday so that visitors can see how some of I n I pray and give thanks to Jah or partake in hola sacrament? Are they going to highlight the repatriation movement and establish some guidelines as to how this exodus will take place? After this exhibition, are they going to supplement and write up a petition to the Western leaders to let I n I go? All of the above mentioned actions are a legitimate part of I n I livity. Even though some of I n I don’t burn herb and are not vegetarians and some don’t say that repatriation is the thing to do.

 I suppose some would say that we need to have them do this exhibition so as to highlight our livity and gain acceptable parameters as a legitimate spiritual movement, with all its rituals and colorful movement and soul empowering music and dance and not to mention the food, or perhaps some would say that we need to reach and educate the masses as concerning the spirituality of the Rastafari life, but all in all it can be a good thing or it can be not so good from where I stand, as in the old days the elders and the not so old idren and sistern had to endure the hardships of the heavy hand of the system and today we have supposedly come out on the other side of that hardship  with a the same system stretching it’s hand out asking for them to exhibit I n I , why in heaven’s name would an impressive institution like the Smithsonian want to display Rastafari Nation and not H.I.M  Haile Selassie I ? MR. SMITH……we are the least of the earth’s people we are poor and downtrodden and I n I ancients have no housing and no medical plans…MR SMITH……are you going to exhibit these aspects to? MR. SMITH….while I admire your noble intentions, we do have some very serious problems that need addressing, 

We should keep this reasoning open for a bit longer so that the word can spread and get some reactions, not everyone has computers and know of this reasoning…..is the question being published by the newspapers around the world? so that Rastafari can read the news and form an opinion, I certainly don’t believe a small group of I n I can speak for the masses until the masses have been informed of such a move, so…..I n I  two cents….

PLEASE POST TO I AND I GROUPS AND WEBSITES AND ALL CONSCIOUS MINDED AFRIKANS

THE SMITHSONIAN INSTITUTION IS PLANNING ON MOUNTING AN EXHIBITION OF RASTAFARI CULTURE IN THEIR MUSEUM IN WASHINGTON, D.C. AT A JUNE MEETING WE WERE TOLD BY THEIR REPRESENTATIVE JAKE HOMLAK THAT THE EXHIBITION WOULD GO ON WITH OR WITHOUT US. CAN YOU IMAGINE AN EXHIBIT ON THE "JEWISH" HOLOCAUST WITHOUT THE THE PARTICIPATION AND SANCTION OF THE 'JEWS'. SINCE THAT TIME THE SMITHSONIAN HAS DECIDED TO EXERCISE DAMAGE CONTROL BY CALLING AND HOLDING A MEETING AFTER THE FACT. $80,000 HAS ALREADY BEEN RECEIVED FOR SAID EXHIBITION.

ARE I AND I GOING TO SIT QUIETLY BY AND LET THIS BECOME A REALITY? AND WHO DO YOU THINK CHOSE MOST OF THE REPRESENTATIVES AT THE MEETING. OUT OF THE FOURTEEN ONLY THREE REPRESENT MANSIONS OF RASTAFARI, SO WHO DO THE OTHERS REPRESENT? I AND I AS THE GREATER RASTAFARI COMMUNITY HAVE NEVER SEEN THE PROPOSAL AND I AM SURE MANY HAVE NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF THE PROPOSED EXHIBIT. WHAT EXHIBIT COULD PORTRAY THE SPIRIT AND SOUL OF RASTAFARI. IT HAS BEEN STATED THAT ALL WHO WILL BE PRESENT AT THE MEETING "AGREE IN PRINCIPLE". WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? DOES THAT MEAN THAT ALL AGREE THAT THE SMITHSONIAN SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO HOUSE SUCH AN EXHIBIT. THIS MEETING IS TO TAKE PLACE IN WASHINGTON, D.C. ON FEB. 4TH AT THE MUSEUM OF 'NATURAL HISTORY" IN WASHINGTON C.C. IN THE ANTHROPOLOGY ROOM.

IT IS AN INSULT TO TRY AND MAKE A REPLICA OF I AND I CULTURE. I REMEMBER AS A YOUTH GOING TO THE MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY AND SEEING THE STUFFED, STIFF, NO LIFE INDIANS ON DISPLAY DEPICTING THEIR CULTURE, ONE THAT IS ALMOST EXTINCT. I DO NOT REMEMBER SEEING THE VATICAN OR THE POPE ON EXHIBITION. I AM SURE MANY REMEMBER THE STORIES DEPICTED OF COWBOYS AND INDIANS, AND OF COURSE WHO COULD FORGET TARZAN AND SHEENA. IN ETHIOPIA WE WOULD SAY WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE.
