First, in thanksgiving and praise unto Rastafari, may InI say how delighted InI are to bear witness to the excellent works taken up by the Idren on Shashamane land, and the Foundation Idren in Washington, DC. InI of Rastafari Online represent a group of Rastafari bredren and sistren from all 3 major houses and non affiliated Rastas worldwide. The group was formed in Sept 2003 using yahoo as its online technology, and on Jan 1 2004 InI launched Rastafari Online  with the mission to create Rasta owned and operated online space, enabling Rastas worldwide to use premium Internet technologies for free, to achieve their personal and collective aims. Today membership stands at 135 registered members. The group has invested in securing key Rastafari domains like Nyahbinghi.com, Boboshanti.com, Shashamane.net, JRDC.org among others, and InI are working closely with the Rasta owners (501c3 on west coast) of Rastafari.org, Rastafarai.net and Rastafariarchives.com with the objective that Rasta keywords on the Web be dominated by Rastafari owned and operated sites.

InI are pleased to announce that InI now stand ready to support unlimited email accounts on the domain www.jrdc.org which currently mirrors the content available from the JRDC and Foundation sites, along with the domain www.shashamane.net currently live. InI have enabled direct access to the documents and procedures already in place to support these organs. InI have furthermore created an electronic payment processing account for JRDC with the world’s largest provider of such services, which will shortly issue a debit Mastercard for the account which InI will mail to Shashamane for it will be usable at the Malkoda ATM. With this process in place, InI will deliver an outstandingly fast, and efficient channel for financial support of Shashamane projects, as the money will reach the land in minutes, with no bureaucratic delay at all. Please review the process here and submit any comments or corrections the Idren see fit. InI are particularly delighted to announce the first annual child sponsorship at the Shashamane school by Rastafari Online members the Mcgauley family of Georgia, has been received! The current balance in the account is $96, and monthly spreadsheets will be emailed to info@jrdc.org  (password will be sent to whoever the JRDC authorizes) or, annual reports printed and mailed to Shashamane offices of JRDC.

In order to do all this effectively, Idren InI need to attend to

1) Whose name should be on the JRDC Mastercard? (If InI receive no response Desmond Martin will be used.)

2) Who will receive JRDC.org email accounts? (this may be ignored, if no one needs email service)

3) Does the Commercial Bank (Shashamane) have an electronic routing number (ABA #)?

4) Can a similar sponsorship package be created for Mama Wollete’s orphanage? OR Would the Sistren’s Council benefit from an independent arrangement, similar to JRDC’s?

Greetings and Blessed love,
We greet you in the name of His Imperial Majesty Haile Selassie 1st and Her Imperial Majesty Empress Mennen.
 
In 1999 we were able to purchase 9.2 acres of land in Trinidad for the purpose of erecting and establishing a small but effective educational and self-help project as well as the development of an agricultural project, (farm) The purpose of these projects is for the edification of the community and the Rastafari Idrens and Sistren who wish to use the facility for the further development of already obtained skills as well as to learn new ones, the building will house a small recording studio and classroom as well as a small conference room along with small kitchen and bathroom perhaps a couple of other rooms for different ongoing projects. It is also of the intention of the Trinidad and Tobago Rastafari United to have Rastafari and other individuals come from abroad to help with teaching and ongoing works, plans have also been discussed to build smaller cabins to house visitors free of charge, the only requirement will be to lend a hand with ongoing projects, prayerfully we will be able to achieve this, we have also been able to set up a trade line from the United States in which we ship cultural art works, clothing and books to be sold on the island and in return bring out art and crafts done by Rastafari and other individuals on the island to be sold in the U.S and perhaps the world over, we also have been able to start on a small scale, the manufacturing of steel pans, a few having been made already, a major portion of the monies which are derived go to the ongoing works being done by the Trinidad and Tobago Rastafari United, after expenses. Currently, we have started to do some agriculture and have a small camp on the land with one permanent resident, some recording equipment and computers have already been obtained, we also have been able to establish a telephone communication link at the Land site, give thanks to those who helped I n I achieve this, we are also looking into the possibility of harnessing solar energy for use on the land. Right now there are only about 5 of I n I, we are confident as we move forward that we will be able attract and encourage national inity and that I n I endeavors will be iver bountiful.
We are moving forward with the help of Jah; hopefully in another couple of years we will be able to say …….one part of the project is done and move onto the next one. Currently our news letter discussion is making headway, soon we will be able to have printed information on a monthly basis.
However, there is a lot of work still to be done, communication is strong, we are in total support of Global Rastafari Inity and strongly supports and suggests the need for better communications and economic development of the Rastafari community worldwide.

SMITHSONIAN REASONING

Our hearts are saddened by the recent detention of Ras Seymour McLean as he entered the United States on an invitation from the Smithsonian Institute to attend the discussion of the proposed exhibit of Rastafari. The institute is responsible for the intervention on Ras Seymour’s behalf with the Dept. of Homeland Security. 
Let us for a moment, examine the discussion of the exhibit, let us be aware of the signs and the prophesies and the warning to “ come out of her my people”, this planned exhibit is another thing to get I n I to commit to anthropological studies, the arrest of Ras Seymour is a sign to I n I to leave this exhibit alone and let the Smithsonian find its own way. This exhibit is a trick to find out what I n I know about the prophesied destruction of Babylon, they are trying to use I n I and the revelations that we have to get Babylon out of the way and how they can prepare to divert their impending destruction as prophesied in the Holy Bible, the same Bible that they read. 
Jah has warned I n I and given I n I insight to the New Jerusalem and has given I n I a fair amount of time to prepare ourselves for the marriage ceremony of the lamb, while they pretend to give I n I what we ask for, their intention is to find out what we know about HIM and where he is, since they lost sight of HIM in 1975 and lied to the world that H.I.M died and have no grave to prove it. The institutions of Babylon can and never will have a good intention toward I n I , their aim is to keep us divided so that we are easier to rule. 
While many ones will not agree with I, I ask any one of you to give proof of the good intention of a Babylonian institute toward I n I. 
Ras Seymour while I man do not know the I physically, I man most certainly give the I my support. The man is a vessel that Jah use to show the unworthiness of the exhibit, we have had fair warning for many hundreds of years, we know the truth, “come out of her my people” “partake not of the leaven of the scribes and the Pharisees”

I am sharing the letter below which was posted on rastafari.org on the 22nd of February. I an I comments are posted afterward and attached is *Smithsonian Report per request of the Nyahbinghi House Ancient Council.

LETTER POSTED ON FEBRUARY 22, 2004 to rastafari.org I have copied it in its orginal form.

"RASTAFARI GREETINGS
I like the black rasta people in Washington D.C wants you to know that my king man was invited to Wasahington D.C by the Smithsonian Museum for a conference to set up a year long project forcasting on the life and times of Rastafari. The Smithsonian Museum invited this man over there and now with the problem of entering into the US he was held at Dullis International airport and has been in jail for over 4weeks for somthing which the district attorney in Amercia has said that this man should be returned home back to England. With all the bueauratic frustration he will be held in Washington D.C jail faor a further 3weeks.

My problem is that the so called people who carry themselves as InI people are not who they say they are, and we need to aware of this. If the Smithsonian don't help he will not see his children or family until the beast says its time.

We need to call the Smithsonian Museum and let them know of this injustice that they have befallen on this elder rastaman.BLESSED LOVE

While I cannot confirm the letter's authenticity nor was there a name or return address I know it to be a fact that Ras Seymour McClean is in detention and has been since the 3rd of February.

This is truly a serious matter. As a delegate on this trod I an I went to the table with great reservation. Once at the table I an I saw the course and desires of the Smithsonian change through the power of the Most High and what was discussed included no plan to build a tabernacle and other original ideas.  Further I an I left DC with the overstanding that Ras Seymour would be released soon through the support and due to the responsibility of the Smithsonian. (*Please see attached Smithsonian Report  per request of the Nyahbinghi House Ancient Council.)

While it appears that the Smithsonian is involved to some degree with Ras Seymour's release,  I an I think they can and should do more. This is an  international embarrassment on their part. After all they invited I an I. It could be any one of I an I sitting in detention right now. While some may say we should keep quiet and wait to see what happens, I an I know that again we must stand together to let Ras Seymour know we are supporting his release, and to let the Smithsonian know we hold them accountable and responsible for our brother safe and swift release.  The issue is now what they do - but we must also keep in mind steps could have been taken to avoid this in a manner of due diligence especially considering the heightened home land security regulations.

We give thanks to Empress Marina Blake who has been very instrumental in Ras Seymour's legal representation as well as Ras George Rose both counselors at law.  There has also been great support from various ones in the community I am told including Mama Farika who has been agitating and keeping I an I informed. The DC community must be supported as they apply pressure to the Smithsonian in order to free Ras Seymour. Once again let us sound the trumpet, sound the drums and yant ises for the release of our brethren and to help keep him strong while on the lock down. I an I are iritcal people and while I an I must agitate for Ras Seymour's release I an I must also call on the power of the Most High to move and intervene in this matter. It could be any one of I an I. Please circulate this and any updates will be posted.
