The advent of the
Fascist invasion of Ethiopia by the Fascist dog Mussolini 1935
become a challenge to the black nation worldwide with Emperor Haile
Selassie I has the Gidion of the Era fighting for the liberation of
our Motherland and all small nations because collective security was
at stake.
With the help of the
Ethiopian national who born out of Ethiopia in the Caribbean and
America with England and its united force Mussolini and his fascist
dogs were defeated 5th May 1941.
In 1955 HIM Emperor
Haile Selassie I granted land in the province of Shashamane to the
Ethiopian national in the West who supported Ethiopia and
contributed to the defeated of fascism in Ethiopia.
Rastafarian and
former E.W.F.Inc now known as the Imperial Ethiopian World
Federation Inc was beneficiary to this grant.
On 21 - 24 April 1966
HIM Emperor Haile Selassie I visited Jamaica at the invitation of
the government where He spoke the people of Jamaica through their
Parliament. He stated that Jamaica and Ethiopia whole the peace of
the world and Jamaican Ethiopian are blood brothers.
In 1967 Ethiopia and
Jamaica sign a cultural agreement.
In His deliberation
to the people of Jamaica H.I.M Emperor Haile Selassie I stated that
Ethiopia is the ancestral home of over 300 million people and as the
race increase they spread out and through the advent of slavery some
were taking to Jamaica and other parts of the world but regardless
of geographical distant there was a common bond irrespective and
this common bond must unite us in time of adversity.
The overthrowal of
the imperial government of Ethiopia and the abolition of the divine
Monarchy of Emperor Haile Selassie I September 1974 by the Marxist
Leninist Stalinist has destroyed the hope and aspiration of the
Ethiopian people and they descendents in the west, most of all
Rastafarian who saw Emperor Haile Selassie I has they deity and
Ethiopia as the promise land.
Today Royalist
Ethiopian and Rasta are displace people like their counterpart the
Palestine's who is fighting for the liberation of their mother land
Rasta must see the struggle like their counterpart who is fighting
for their Humans right and Fundamental Freedom and physical support
the Ethiopian struggle against Stalinist Meles.
The abolition of the
divine Monarchy has undermined the identity of Rastafarian and the
desire of Repatriation to Ethiopia, not until the liberation of
Ethiopia and the Restoration of the Dynasty of Emperor Haile
Selassie I then Rastafarian identity will restore and Repatriation
become a reality in their lifetime.
The resurrection of the E.W.F. Inc 1983 to the I.E.W.F. Inc by order
of Crown Prince Merid Asfa Wossen H.S (known as King Ahma Selassie
I) and the giving of two Royal Charters to the Rastafarians
Community has given the Rasta the identity and status as a part of
Crown movement in exile and the voice, ears and eyes of the Crown
within the community legitimising Rastafarian involvement in
political affairs.
Today the Rastafarian
community as Ethiopian sovereigns must not put a local organ or
foreign Ideology above the I.E.W.F.Inc, co-local names and tradition
and customs has to be modify so as to ensure the continuity of any
community.
Rastafarian in this
time must attach themselves to the vine an the vine is Ethiopian
organism given to us by the Emperor Haile Selassie I which is the
I.E.W.F.Inc which contest the 1997 General Election irrespective of
the amount of candidate that were presented. The I.E.W. F.Inc aim to
represent Rasta as the political mechanism in every Third World
Countries where Rasta constituted as the minority.
Rasta in this time
must rally behind Crown Prince Zara Yacob; H.S as the offical Heir
to the Throne propagated by H.I.M Emperor Haile Selassie I 1973 in
his Easter broadcast to Ethiopian at home and abroad.
The Crown Council
headed by Crown Prince Zara Yacob, H.S in Exile is calling on the
Rastafarian community worldwide to support and rally behind the
cause of the liberation of Ethiopia and Restoration of the Dynasty
of Emperor Haile Selassie I Compatible to the support of our
predecessors in the thirties to defeat fascism.
It is imperative that Rastafarian supports the I. E. W. F.Inc
because the royal Charters given to the Rastafarian community is
signed and sealed by the future King of Ethiopia Crown Prince Zara
Yacob the desire of Emperor Haile Selassie I fulfillment of Psalms
2:6-7.
