IMMEDIATE PRESS RELEASE FROM IRASCOM INTERNATIONAL

TO:	All concerned members, staff and volunteers as well as supporters of IRASCOM International and the general Rastafari Community

On December 3rd, 2005, the Amerar Council (Interim Steering Committee) of IRASCOM International held a Council Meeting by way of a quorum count. Several important issues were dealt with at this meeting and InI suggest that council members who were unable to attend please request a copy of the minutes from Empress Denise.

Effective Immediately, Ras Haile Mikael (aka Ras Ashkar) of Guyana will be serving as Acting International Chairman of IRASCOM until December 21st, 2005. Our present International Chairman, Ras Berhane Mariam, has taken a leave of absence for the aforementioned period, so as to pursue academic purists.

In addition, Empress Denise, Secretariat Director has also taken a leave of absence effective immediately and Sista Yolanda (IRASCOM's Human Resources Manager) will be the Acting-Secretariat Director until further notice. All other council members shall remain in their active positions.

During these periods, please continue to contact and support IRASCOM, despite the consistent online attacks and propoganda being procured online against IRASCOM. We must stand strong in our mission and in our goals, so as to accomplish the ultimate goal, the "Theocratic Sovereign Nation of Rastafari." Everything shall therefore remain business as usually.

There are additionally a few announcements from the IAC by way of announcement:

1) IRASCOM-Bahamas Chapter will be hosting "The Bahamas National Rastafari Gathering 2006" May 22^nd - 28^th, 2006, in Nassau, Bahamas. More information will be forthcoming shortly, but we encourage ones interested in attending to begin making preparations now. Limited accommodations are available for International Delegations wishing to trod forward. Staffs, Volunteers and Ambassadors of IRASCOM are especially encouraged to attend. Details (TBA)

2) IRASCOM Europe Operations will be hosting a Fundraising Benefit Concert to help raise funds to revive the IRASCOM School Project. Conference details are pending as well.

3) Ras Berhane Agnes (aka Ras Eastway) has been appointed as Regional Director for Europe. Rastas in Europe are encourage to link with him. Proper enactments will follow in short order.

4) Brother Gebre Medhin of Kenya has been appointed as Regional Director for Africa. Rastas are encouraged to link with him as well. Proper announcements will follow in short order.

5) Concerning the Proposed Inity Conference to be held in South Africa, IRASCOM will be releasing a "Conference Proposal Review" in short order to highlight some of our concerns for the proposed conference.

6) Concerning the "comments" on the "Twelve Tribes Live It Up Message Boards" and various members there, IRASCOM at this time, wish not to comment or respond to what are false and unfounded accusations. We have instructed our Legal Advisor to investigate the matter and report to the council what action if any such is taken for Libel, Slander and Defamation of Character. The possibility of legal action is very likely and the membership of IRASCOM will be informed in short order what routes will be pursued by IRASCOM.

7) Concerning the tremendous amounts of request for "Membership Application Forms," the IAC wish to inform all concerned parties that new forms will be available as of January 1st, 2006. All present and future members are encourage to complete the new membership application forms.
