Hail Ras Tafari most high. Haile Selassie I broke the bonds of oppression and set captives free. The highest have shown the path of redemption and ruled in equality.

InI history, both ancient and modern is bounded in agitation. The great ancient Leonard Howell and the militant ancestors before and after him were memorable and emulatable agitators for InI rights.InI are indebted to their works and memory for the degree of liberty InI enjoy today. InI are equally obligated to InI immediate welfare and that of InI posterities to intensify InI agitation for rights.

Haile Selassie I speak to and for the conscience of humankind. H.I.M declared that InI are on the stage of world affairs. InI must seek to influence world opinions and significant decisions affecting the world and its inhabitants. InI are lights not only to InI selves but to all humanity. InI must utilize the power of organized agitation to ensure InI liberation and the restoration of humanity to the required state of blissfulness.

InI musical ingels have been agitating but because of the commercial entertainment avenue dominated by Babylon , the impact is somewhat controlled. It is critical that InI embark on the path of political agitation as this is the arena of decisive action. Politics decides man religious, cultural and economic welfare.

I am aware that imore ingels have different views and priorities as ones are inspired and educated. I am only asking that such ones include the teachings and life works of H.I.M. Haile Selassie I in ones views, priorities, inspirations and education. This will bring InI to unanimity of historical cause and duties. Haile Selassie I is the supreme political agitator for all ones rights.

Will InI praise Haile I with work or only with lips? History and InI reality demand of InI intensification of organization agitation for InI rights. Today InI salute all of InI militant agitators past and present. May InI children, children glorify InI constructive agitation.

InI are known by InI father’s name and are personal representatives of his imperial dignity. Let InI acquaint InI selves with and be cognizant of the honorable and impeccable character of H.I.M. Ras Tafari is the livitical path of global redemption and human salvation. It is not enough for InI to speak righteousness. InI must also actively demonstrate righteousness in InI social interactions. InI must not only walk in the light of Ras Tafari. InI InI must also be and magnify the light of the most high. Please remember, whatever each I say and do where ever, reflect on and impact all other ingels in some ways. Never let ones get false and negative impression of Ras Tafari by Ini own inappropriate utterances and conduct. Blessed I, InI cannot act contrary to the message InI are delivering. InI collective health now warrants InI to administer to InI selves the curative medicines InI are prescribing to the world. InI consider InI selves as the chosen of the most high to give leadership and guidance to the masses of the creation in natural truth and right. InI must unobjectionably justify this conviction.

 

Ras Tafari knows it is not easy to be good in the multitude of evil nor is it simple to be sane in an atmosphere of dominant insanity. But this is the challenge InI must face up to. To be constantly righteous in thoughts, words and deeds. To be healthy, wealthy and bright. To be loving, merciful and polite. To be the global restoration and preservation light are of the awesome responsibility of being Ras Tafari.

Organising and Centralising Rastafari From the Ground Upward: 
A Practical and Strategic Proposal

The luminaries have illuminated.

Blessed are I and I that walk in their illuminations. Ises to the Most Luminous High, Haile Selassie I and Empress Menen I.

Liberation and preservation of a people’s collective identity, sovereignty, rights and livity are dependent on proper and secure organisation. The Honourable Marcus Garvey taught I and I that disorganisation is the weapon used against an unfortunate people and that an organised nation is a strong nation. Haile Selassie I instructed I and I to organise and centralise. Leonard Howell demonstrated the potential of communal organisation. Marcus Garvey showed I and I the power and the value of mass organisation. The Rastafari Movement at present is poised to evolve the most permanent centralised mass organisation in the history of I and I people’s struggle. All the necessary ingredients exist to materialise this greatness. They only need to be administratively formalised.

Nyahbinghi Coordinating Mechanism

Marcus Garvey informed I and I that it is only through science and religion I and I will be able to defeat the evil designs of modern materialism. The Nyahbinghi exists as I and I churchically religious vibrational bond and foundation. All Rastafari groups and institutions, with minor exceptions, exist and congregationally operate on the Nyahbinghi psych-spiritual vibrations. This is a fundamental commonality that I and I need to enhance. I and I need to convene a global Nyahbinghi conference mandated to respond effectively to I and I modern realities.

This Issembly is to standardise and effectuate a global Nyahbinghi coordinating mechanism. This involves National Administrative Councils, Councils of Elders, High Priests/Priestesses, International High Priests/Priestesses and Regional and International Coordinators with their respective mandates.

National Inity Councils

All national communities must evolve a National Inity Council with representative and coordinating mandates.

Regional Organisations

Already the Caribbean Region has the Caribbean Rastafari Organisation (CRO). I suggest that I and I Inite with the continental consolidating spirit and terminologies and evolve the CRO into the Caribbean Rastafari Union (CRU). The same is in order for North, Central and South America and Africa. The Regional Union is to be the representative and coordinating forum of the National Inity Councils.

Global Rastafari Union

With the Global Rastafari Union being a consultative, representative and negotiating instrument based in Africa , I and I will I-joy a fully functional networking that will involve the totality of I and I Nation.

I and I need to read the signs of the time. Haile I has spoken. The North has given up and now the South cannot hold back. Send my sons and daughters from afar and my children from the ends of the earth. I and I Hispanic family of the South is rising to the realms of Rastafari liberty, dignity, sovereignty and fraternity. The necessary level of global Rastafari Union as suggested and is being widely advocated is a matter of critical urgency to be devotedly acted on. I and I rising Sisters and Brothers need I and I strength so that the Ingels can give I more strength. Again I emphasise the Nyahbinghi factor because some Ingels are overlooking the fact that Nyahbinghi represents I and I ancestral legitimacy and that Nyahbinghi is the root of dreadlocks Rastafarinity. Nyahbinghi is the spiritual pulse of I and I cultural livity. Despite ritualistic and observational differences, the Nyahbinghi vibration is the heartbeat of the global Rastafari family. May I and I proceed to the path of consolidation for the security and the prosperity of I and I Nation and creation.

Generation on the Verge of Being Delinquent

Praise be unto His and Her Imperial Majesties Emperor Haile Selassie I and Empress Menen who exemplified responsibleness.

Blessed love family. I pray all that is good to the I. Please check this reasoning.

I consider the situation with the Ras Tafari family, the African family and humanity, demands of a specific generation of which I am a member, an intensified and concerted holistic input. I am 52 + years living. I feel like my generation is being delinquent. My generation is fast becoming the dominant elders of Ras Tafari and yet InI cannot identify any substantial collective accomplishment of this very privileged generation. InI were born and matured in the reign of the Most High Haile Selassie I. InI know the truth of InI elders. Most of InI are academically proficient. Some of InI are holders of certificates and degrees from institutions of higher learning. Some of InI have become international superstars and public figures. Some of InI have even amassed significant material wealth. Among InI are the vital skills and resources to create and sustain a moral and scientific nation abound with joy and prosperity.

What is it that has caused this very equipped generation to be justifiably called a generation historically on the verge of delinquency? I think it is because of misplaced priority. InI have been committedly following InI immediate elders with their agenda of church only, who have despised the agenda of their elders which was cultural, economic and political liberation.

InI need to rethink InI concepts, precepts and priorities. My generation needs to create and implement a mass organizational and educational drive among InI family. InI must take up from where Marcus Garvey and Leonard Howell left off and bring the liberation program to fruition. InI must not be afraid to form and reform. It is not disrespect to tell InI elders that it is InI time to occupy the driver's seat and lead the movement to a given point. This journey and goal can only be accomplished through constructive collective leadership and organized cooperation.

I still think the Nyah Binghi Order is the vehicle for the trod. It is very necessary for my generation to assert influence and assume the leadership of the Nyah Binghi Order. If the I sight a better way please indicate. I am willing to cooperate for InI collective success.

Congratulations to the first nationally acclaimed Ras Tafari Miss Jamaica Universe beauty queen, Empress Zahra Redwood. This is another fulfilment of the saying, the stone that the builder refused has become the head corner stone. It indicates the growing official acceptance of Ras Tafari imagery in Jamaica. It is a big victory for Afri-centricity and naturality. This is a call to InI to step forward and influence and guide national and public affairs.
