We, the Black Peoples of the world,
in order to effect Unity, Solitary, Liberty, Freedom and Self
Determination, to secure justice and maintain the Integrity of
Ethiopia, which is our Divine Heritage, do hereby establish and
ordain this Constitution for the Ethiopian World Federation
Incorporated.

of Israel, Bob Bo Ashanti, Nayabingi Order, Ethiopian Orthodox,
and All of I and I family
Greetings in the names of His
Imperial Majesty Haile Sellassie I, JAH Rastafari and Empress
Mennen. My heart is sadden on this day of December 18, 2006
upon receiving the call form EWF International Secretary stating
that our Beloved Brethren, Ras Untunga, First Directory of the
EWF, has failed victim of a callously act of brutality by
received slashings by machete to his body. Give thanks to the All
Mighty that he is now safe and resting in the Shashamane HQ.
Dear Love ones, with my whole heart
I can not express more that the time for Unification is Now. How
long are we to act like little Rasta children carelessly and
vainly running things pretending to be Ras Tafari? Who is able to
advise the Spirit of the LORD? Who knows enough to be his teacher
or counselor? Has the LORD ever needed anyone's
advice? Does he need instruction about what is good or what is
best? No, for all the nations of the world are
nothing in comparison with him. They are but a drop in the bucket,
dust on the scales. It is Jah who sits above
the circle of the earth. The people below must seem to him like
grasshoppers! ... He judges the great people of
the world and brings them all to nothing. They
hardly get started, barely taking root, when he blows on them and
their work withers and the wind carries them off like straw.
So why are we pointing our fingers
at this one at that one, spreading he say she say business. Why
are all of our Rasta Houses divided by ideologies like who flys
the flag with red on top and who doesn't, and why is our divine
inherited organ, The Ethiopian World Federation Incorporated,
mangled and disfigured lying in pieces shamelessly about?
Many of I and I think we are going
to trod in to our divine promised land happy and free while doves
fly over our heads in the light. WRONG!!! The reports coming out
of Ethiopia about I and I are grim my Loves. In all these years we
have not fully developed the land, have not build a fraternal
spirit with the indigenous people, and are seen as drunkards in
the night.
We have failed miserably in
obtaining our aims and objectives outlined in the Constitution to
the point of savagery Beloveds. THE CALL OF UNIFICATION IS NOW. No
repeat of what we saw in 2005, when the call was made, but was
cloaked in deceit, fabrication, and malicious acts right from I
and I reading this email.
Our Beloved Jah-son Ras Untunga was
on the Land Grant doing the WORKS in refurbishing the HQ,
feverously preparing it for the convention in 07. He sacrificed
his livity here in the West to go and fulfill our missions on the
land cleaning & repairing fencing, garden & internal rooms
of the H.Q. Irie spirited, lion hearted and priestly in character
was this Brethren, AND NOW BEHOLD THE PAINS OF HIS REALITY WHILE BANDITS
ESCAPE WITH HIS PASSPORT, FUNDS, AND TICKET FORWARD. So do we
think, Just for one minute, we are going to be whisked away on
chariots while servants feed us grapes and olives, signing hymns
of joy of our long awaited return home?
Unification of "We the Black
Peoples of the World" IS AND FOREVER NOW. All of we who say
we are for unity, PROVE IT.!!! The call is simply:
1)

If you know the power of unity and belong to another
collective of I and I, then which one, provide current or dormant

I mind you that His Majesty states,
"The very diversity of the worlds peoples today constitutes
one of mankind's great resources; the different philosophies with
which nations approach their problems lead inevitably to a vast
array of methods and techniques. These variations are necessary,
for each people must find solutions which are responsive to its
particular needs... each nation will inevitably pursue that course
which appears best suited to its own unique characteristics, but
no nation can pursue its course in isolation, and no nation can
develop and prosper with its back turned to the rest of the world
in terms of trade, techniques, resources and ideas. Each of us
depends on the other, can learn from the other, and in pursuing
it's own destiny will go further and succeed more quickly with
others, Indeed, the free exchange of support and ideas is an
essential condition to world understanding and equally to world
progress."
We call also for the cultivation of
international good will and comity at this time and must render
voluntary aid and protection to our member, Ras Untunga with out
fee or charge to assist him in the missions of refurbishing the HQ
while in Shashamane. All are being asked to send in any kind of
funds we can. $.10c, $.50c, $1.00 $2.00, anything will aid the
missions. Funds are to be sent to The Ethiopian World Federation
Incorporated 3603 Boston Road Bronx, New York 10466, address to
the International Secretary. Funds then will be properly sent to
the HQ in Shashamane.
We know that there are I and I
seeing this who have cramped up their faces some said way with a
heart full of impieties crying, "Who are these people saying
do this and do that for unification"? Mind you that this is
THE BLACK PEOPLES OF THE WORLD, you are speaking to. Nothing can
hide our inner most self, for the All Mighty, sees all things even
in the deep murky pit of sin where our soul dreams and chant
wickedness so nothing will stop the judgment which is upon us.
Finally to The Ethiopian World
Federation Incorporated, Ras Iadonis Tafari of LOJ Local Unit and
Shimagle Ronald Pennycooke President of Local 1. Unification of
the body is NOW. We are severely laying on the operation table
with IV's in our arms, malnourished, with blackened eyes gazing at
our torn off limps which are lifelessly scattered across a bloody
room. The genocide of Black People in Darfur did not unify us, the
Black victims of Katharine did not unify us, Now what are we to do
when the raft of JAH hits so close to home with our First
Director? This is only another sign from above and if we fail as a
collective to come together, then we too will be like broken bones
of the valley which the wind blows away. Mind you that His
Imperial Majesty states,
"If
we are to survive, this Organization must survive. To survive,
it must be strengthened. Its executive must be vested with
greater authority. The means for the enforcement of its
decisions must be fortified; and, if they do not exist, they
must be devised. Procedures must be established to protect the
small and the weak when threatened by the strong and the mighty.
All nations which fulfill the conditions of membership must be
admitted and allowed to sit in this assemblage. Equality of
representation must be assured in each of its organs. The
possibilities which exist in the United Nations to provide the
means whereby the hungry may be fed, the naked clothed, and the
ignorant instructed, must be seized on and exploited, for the
flower of peace is not sustained by poverty and want. To achieve
that requires courage and confidence. The courage, I believe, we
possess. The confidence must be created, and to create
confidence we must act courageously.
The
great nations of the world would do well to remember that in the
modern age even their own fates are not wholly in their hands.
Peace demands the united efforts of us all. Who can foresee what
spark might ignite the fuse? It is not only the small and the
weak who must scrupulously observe their obligations to the
United Nations and to one another. Unless the smaller nations
are accorded their proper voice in the settlement of the world's
problems, unless the equality which Africa and Asia have
struggled to attain is reflected in expanded membership in the
institutions which make up the United Nations, confidence will
come just that much harder. Unless the rights of the least of
men are assiduously protected as those of the greatest, the
seeds of confidence will fall on barren soil.
The
stakes are identical for every one of us: life or death. We all
wish to live. We all seek a world in which men are freed of the
burdens of ignorance, poverty, hunger and disease. We shall all
be hard-pressed to escape the deadly rain of nuclear fall-out,
should catastrophe overtake us."
To avoid
this catastrophe overtake which as already occurred from with in,
say we are for unity, PROVE IT.!!! The
call is simply similar:

power and will of our locals, proper and correct GEN/EIN numbers
and all other documents of the EWF 1937 Charter, and Wise wisdom
from our Shimagle and Council of the Elders
together, finally and forever together in one perfect union.
How dare
anyone of I and I WHO READS THIS AND SAY NAY. The Lord is
going to devastate the earth and leave it desolate. He will twist
the earth's surface and scatter its people. Everyone will
meet the same fate-the priests and the people, slaves and masters,
buyers and sellers, lenders and borrowers, rich and poor.
The earth will lie shattered and ruined. The Lord has spoken
and it will be done.

Addressing the President of
Italy
"History can be instructive
only if, in a way, one surmounts its changing phase and
dominates it. One can make history only if one avoids being
thrown in its trap.
So the past should be examined in such a way as to help
reconstruct the present and prepare for the future. The fight to
death should not and cannot be conceived as the foundation for
any system. It happens often, and history is here to prove it,
that a group or a nation often formulates a system conforming to
its preferences and then imposes it on other groups or nations.
But adversaries, even in the heat of a fight, are aware that
they are destined, but not condemned, to lie in the same
community. It is precisely for this reason that those who fight
even under the same flag do not believe in the same faith and
those who fight to the finish often worship the same gods.
The
era in which we live today is an era in which man sometimes
understands with difficulty the immense technical achievements
designed to enable him to control completely everything
surrounding him. The same era in which the nuclear mystery and
the moon explorations have come within the reach of man, is so
rich that it would be contrary to human nature and understanding
to live too much in the negative past, and to be reduced to the
passive role of a mere spectator. We must work together to
create, from now on, a healthy atmosphere in which our peoples
can enjoy fully the results of the technical evolution of the
modern world. . . . ."
This

known of. We are either workers or servant of the Most High JAH,
as to effect Unity, Solitary, Liberty, Freedom and Self
Determination, to secure justice and maintain the Integrity of
Ethiopia, which is our Divine Heritage or workers of Lucifer.
There is no in between for the way is straight and narrow. Both
JAH and Man wait to see our actions.
