The following is InI preamble of InI constitution, all that InI in R.Y.I did or is doing is based and governed by this document and is based on the teachings of His Imperial Majesty Emperor Haile Selassie 1 and the Istimony of the Incients of Rsastafari and the ancient African Constitution. InI know that InI come from the Ancient African Kingdom and trodding to the New Global Rastafari Kingman. Whatever InI is trying to do is based on the responsibility given to InI by the Holy One, who gave InI the Legacy. All must view the R.Y.I and its work through this document, and the Teachings of Haile Selassie 1. InI will never weary in trying to implement and defend these principles. "InI came to conquer and not to be conquered, especially those who will misrepresent the teachings of H.I.M in order to confuse the yut of InI faith, InI are not going to compromise on the defence of InI Race otherwise our being Rastafarians is meaningless, otherwise repatriation is meaningless, otherwise reparations are unnecessary, we should all forget and jump in to one pot, this the R.Y.I can not accept. Preamble

We the Black Peoples of the world, proclaim that His Imperial Majesty Emperor Haile Selassie 1 of Ethiopia is our Supreme Ruler and God of the Black race by Sovereign and Divine right.

In order to effect Inity, Solidarity, Liberty, Freedom and Self determination, to secure Justice and maintain the integrity of Ethiopia, which is our divine heritage and to adhere to the Tenets of H.I.M Emperor Haile Selassie 1, Jah Rastafari, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, Conquering Lion of the tribe of Judah, Ilect of Himself, Light of this World, and the testimony of the Ancients of Rastafari and to defend the Race. 

We hereby establish and ordain this Constitution for the Rastafari Yut Inity, otherwise known as (R.Y.I) RSA, thus we are constituted in “one flesh” with the Constitution of Ethiopia where His Imperial Majesty constituted all Ethiopians into the revised 1955 Constitution of Ethiopia which we proudly uphold and observe. We also cleave to our past in adopting the African Constitution, given to us by our Ancestors since the dawn of humanity.
