The Ethiopian World Federation, Incorporated has appointed Elder Gerald Brissett as the new Administrator of the Shashemene Land Grant in Ethiopia.

SHASHAMANE is the second film of a promise land – themed trilogy. After the Palestine of “This Is My Land… Hebron”, Giulia Amati paints the land of Shashamane in Ethiopia.

What a memorable day and night it was at the Nyabinghi Tabernacle Center in Shashemene when the community gathered to observe and Ilebrate the birth of Empress Menen on Thursday April 3rd 2014.

This was a monumental time for the Rastafari community in Shashemene as it presented to the Ethiopian Government that there are legal and verifiable reasons for the community to exist.

One of the many ways we want to continue generating monies for the school in Shashamane, Ethiopia, is to sell a magazine we created called AFAR (named for a region in Ethiopia).
